I got food poisoning from their food!!!!!

ever since the new opening of the store in Norkem Park I have bought food from there that's been rotten. Every time I took back rotten food all they did was give me my money back, they didn't even apologise for putting out something like for people to buy. After the 4th time made a complaint via your website only for my complaint to be sent back to the same store and nothing being done but tell me your sorry I had that experience. Yesterday I decided to buy some of your cooked food thinking at least its safe only for it to send me to the toilet. Luckily I could taste the chicken was off so I kept it to take back. I had to go to the clinic because the food gave me food poisoning. When I went back to the store to tell them what happened and show them the food they said I would need to get a doctor to do a blood test to prove I got sick from their food when I clearly brought back the rotten chicken and they said there's nothing they can do. It's absolutely disgusting. It's happened so many times now that I actually got sick off it and it's being ignored. Shoprite is known for having poor quality and services but this has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a grocery store. They don't care. Its disgusting. Maybe the day someone dies from their food will be when they take it serious. No one supervises the quality of food it really is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Shoprite South Africa wants you to die first before they take their poor service seriously.
