I cant believe this happened

I went in store to purchase a some items, when reaching the till point, i made payment for my items which cost R 54.45 with a R 100 note, the cashier advised that they don't have change so i should wait for the change, which at the time was 14h57 and i waited until 15h10 for a change, while the cashier (S044721) didn't make any effort to get change or ask assistance, didn't seem concern that i have been waiting long for the change and i was not the only waiting for change at that cashier, No supervisor or manager approached to ask why customers was waiting at the cashier, it was until i approached the offices and spoke to 1 manager, to advise them of the matter did something only happen, it begs to wonder if i didn't approach the managers office how long i would have waited as already 10-15 mins had already passed, its appalling that a customer needs to wait for change at a supermarket for that period of time, especially at a 1 as big as shoprite.
