I bought an Ottimo blender from them and it broke within 6 months of use,tried to take it back as it was stil within the warranty period and they are giving me a tough time

I bought an Ottimo blender from them and it broke within 6 months of use,tried to take it back as it was stil within the warranty period and they are giving me a tough time.I cant get a response from them when I write an email to them
