I bought an electrical plug at the Shoprite Capital Centre branch in Pietermaritzburg in July 2025. After a few weeks it became faulty, so I knew I had to go back and ask for an exchange but unfortunately I had lost my slip. After consulting with Shoprite on Facebook, I recieved a call from Mr Desmond from the Capital Centre branch and he said I could come in to exchange the plug. And today I went by and he gracefully exchanged the plug for me without any hassles and said to return if I experienced any further issues. Thank you to the kind lady who helped with my consultation on the Facebook page and mostly thank you to Mr Desmond for exceptional customer service and grace. Thank you, Shoprite.
