I bought a ottimo blender that doesnt work
last year in March I bought a blender, it stopped working with a few days that I bought it. it wasn't really doing the job it was supposed to be doing. the blender cant do a simple task of blending fruit, it is noisy and I could smell the motto while using it. I did get an exchange because I thought there was something wrong with the one I had bought only to find that the second one I bought doesn't work as well. There is something wrong with the brand its a waste of electricity. its been a year now and my so called blender has stopped working. I don't know if it is still in warranty or not but I wouldn't want it anyway. When I bought this blender it was the only brand available, if I had gone to Gateway or pavilion I know there would have been other brands to choose from. please stop stocking this terrible brand. I am completely dissatisfied with the product it never did any of the functions listed on it, it was the total opposite of everything.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Ottimo blender you purchased from Shoprite Bridge City. Small appliances purchased at Shoprite stores carry a one year warranty and small appliances which are replaced within this period due to a manufacturing fault do carry a new Shoprite warranty of one year.
Should the appliance be faulty you are welcome to return the item to the store along with your stamped warranty booklet for further assistance. It must, however, be noted that should a product be abused or tampered with the warranty will no longer be valid.
