I bought 3 gift card...

I bought 3 gift cards at shoprite In Jan therefore one gift card I missed placed it..I went to shoprite usave koma Road to ask for asistance for then to check if the gift card still has funds and if so for them to make a new one and allocate those funds there...the was second werk of September..I took my ID slips every time I go check how far they are with the query I an asked the same question to bring the slips which i have given more then 3 times...it is rrally frustating as I am not geeting any help..they logged a query on thier shoprite querysite query number is ***....those people are so incompitent as they not helping at all....
