Hygiene Standards Severely Lacking

<p>I was absolutely appalled by the shocking standard of store hygiene in the Shoprite on Mowbray Main Road. When I went to go and purchase braai supplies, the entire meat counter smelt disgusting. I asked the attendant why the smell was so bad, and where it was coming from, and she said there were 'drainage problems'. I reported it to the store manager, who said that they were taking care of it. When I came back to the same store a week later to purchase a few groceries, the counter still smelt terrible. Why has nothing been done about this? I want to report this to the relevant hygiene authorities.</p>
