Hygiene at shoprite

Today I went to shoprite in middelburg in Mpumalanga, the one which is situated at the checkers centre. My intention to go there was to buy pap and the gravy. When I got there i've noticed that the food was well cooked but the pots/containers that containes food were not covered. I asked the lady who helped me why the pots/containers were not covered and she said they've been like that since she started to work there and her bosses are aware of that but there's nothing they are doing to rectify that. I mean I believe the food needs to be covered in order to prevent any germs or flies that might be present and I believe that can also keep the food in good condition as the food gets dry when not covered. So I appeal to Shoprite bosses, please do something about this.
