Humiliation for being a regular customer

Good day

My mom was at shoprite at Alex plaza on the 13 November 2024 around 14:00 She always goes to this store after work for groceries fill ups.

So as she was done with her shopping ,she went to the parcel counter She was approached by the security guard while taking her parcels Guy said to her that he was sent to search her. She asked why? Then the security questioned her instead of responding to her questions. And he took her slip and checked ✔️ if everything she bought is on the slip And he didn't find anything and he left My mom followed him back into the store to follow up with the issue. She asked the security guy what was the problem She was told that she was seen on the cctv *****ing She became furious and shouted The manager didn't even come to sort it out No apology for false accusation and they were not even remorseful after they have humiliating my mom Made a scene with just lies

This is disgusting and humiliating We don't know what they were trying to do

This is not for the first time The same security guys they pull our slips from our hands without asking for it in a proper manner They not even checking on the slips they just sign their nonsense. They just ruining our slips
