Humiliation and Bad attitude by staff members

To whom it concerns<br> I would like to lay a complaint against the staff of Shoprite, Usave in KwaZulu Natal, Newcastle. On Tuesday the 27th of January I was in their store, Shoprite Usave. The service I got was not up to standard because of the reasons I will mention shortly. I went to the cashier, greeted her and asked if I can withdraw money then buy some groceries because I need some cash on me. She said no I can not do that. I then asked if I can first swipe then get the cash that's left in my card. She said: \ No take your things back"I then said okay. I really did not like the way she responded. I took the basket I had and left it near the till next to another basket"
