humiliation

A cashier at the shoprite naledi in soweto humilated my mother in front of all the other customers , she gave my mother a torn R100 note ,when my mother tried to buy with the same note she accusing her of tearing R100 note, then went as far as looking into cameras to see if my mother tore it. That cashier doesn't belong in the retail and customer service environment. Hope the Shoprite Head Office will do something about this and train them on customer service.
