Humiliated and disgusted at being treated like **** at Shoprite Hyper Greenacres!!!!!!!

If I could give a rating of 0, I would have done so! I had a horrible experience where this cashier told me she was unable to give me a cashback of R40 as she did not have change. She wanted me to withdraw R50 but I kept telling her I don't have R50 in the bank and the amount I wanted was R40. I am not sure how I was going to withdraw R50 when I only had R40 in my account and why this stupid **** did not understand that! It's really funny that she helped other customers with cashback and I saw inside the cash register that she had a lot of change and money but for some reason, she did not want to give me a small cashback of R40. She told me to wait while she helped another customer that was behind me and then after that she gave me this ugly irritated look and had a lot of attitude in giving me the R40. Imagine, being treated like that for something so small like she was doing me a favour, ****en **** ***** ****! I have never felt so, humiliated, horrible, and disgusted in my whole life. I tried reporting this by calling the manager of the store numerous times but the calls go unanswered, go figures as this kind of service is the norm in this company. This is the worst store I've been to as customer service is exceptionally *** and the shopping experience is made worse by being forced to wait in long queues even in the express tills due to cashiers who deliberately work so slowly and just don't give a ****. It's clear that this company doesn't give a **** about customers and I am so done supporting it! I'm never buying here again!
