Humiliated and attitude from security guard

Ive never been so humiliated at Mall# emba shoprite where I walked in with a item i didn't know they have because i passed by the parcel counter and they said i can walk in with my school bag wheresas the bag had a drosky hof which I wasn't aware is available in your store. They treated me like a prisoner and like i stole someone even though I had money. I had to walk to pick n pay to fetch my slip after i asked that they view cameras because i went to check birthday candles and walked out. I'm deeply hurt as I work hard and have never taken anything in my life.
