How the Lady at the money market swore at me

So on Saturday the 31st of October I went to a funeral, later on that day my friend called and asked me<br> to borrow her money and she needed it urgently so only quick of getting the money to her was trough<br> Shoprite, I then went to shoprite Lenasia to send the money for her when I got to the lady at the money market<br> she didn't greet but I let that pass by because I wanted to get done with it because I had somewhere to go<br> When entering the pin I then accidentally pressed the red button, I then told the lady that I pressed the red button, then she said why did you press the red button, the lady then sat there for a good 5 minutes and I said to her ready when you are then the lady started shouting I then asked to speak to the manger she then told me that I can not ask to speak to a manger who am I to say that, then we started exchanging words, then the lady said look at how you look like your even drunk and the lady swore at me.<br> I then had to go look for the manger myself when I got the manger all she said that she was sorry and that they are going to deal with Thando, all I wanted was That the lady should apologise for the despicable behaviour.I still await a call back from the mange
