How safe are we in shoprite? Is our money worth more than our lives?

I had the worst experience in shoprite liquor store I was standing in the que to pay for my items while in the line I was attacked by a shopper

All because the guy who assaulted me was under the impression that my friend who was in the store collecting another item while I was in the line cut the que yet we both had identical t-shirts on that was custom made and read wolf pack after the drunk shopper struck me with a bottle across my face which lead to stitches the reaction of management and security shocked me people in the line stopped the altercation staff did not get involved they made me pay for my bottle and force me to leave they didn't even detain my attacker for the police they allowed him to waltz out how safe are we in shoprite do they care about us as customers or is it about my money I was coverd in blood and the cashier couldn't even offer me a tissue or napkins I believe her question was"plastic bag?" No apology as customer who shops for years at shoprite I'm disgusted at the level of service received .
