Horrific service

The service we received from Shoprite Gezina is horrific. Firstly the cashier is too lazy to move the goods closer on the till. She told us to move the goods closer. Secondly she is not listening as I was paying an certain amount of a gift voucher and the rest with my bank card. The transaction declined because she didn't listen. She didn't even greet and couldn't even give my slip in my hand. She this placed it on the counter.
