Horrific experience at Shoprite town center wc007124

Today 13:52 at Shoprite Wc007124 cashier N Matsolo at 13:52. As I was busy paying I saw kitchen swab price R9.99 when she scanned the item it scanned R24.99. so I took the price tag and showed the cashier. Cashier said to me I won't get it for 9.99 because I should have looked at the barcode. I told her you tell me as a customer for barcode. I didn't see bar code I saw price. And Wich comers shops looking at barcode. So I said call your manager. She still talked bat at me saying even him will not give u at 9.99, so I said let's see. Gentleman came and voided the item and she scanned and he changed price gave it for 9.99 the cashier instead of putting it into my shopping bag she put the item on the other side as if it's a return. So I told her I want that, with an attitude she said it's a mistake. With no am sorry ms I made a mistake. So I wave for the supervisor as he was close by. He came and I told him how this cashier is speaking back to me. Because everytime I said something she said to u too. The supervisor was actually the one apologizing. And still infront of the supervisor still no apology. Even in town center I believe shoprite customers still deserve to be served with staff with manners nd customer service. There is so many people with out jobs that can appreciate what she has.
