Horrible Service!!! They will humiliate you!

One of the worst customer experience I have never had especially coming from a lady wearing a big red banner written "customer service". I went to Shoprite in Mokopane /potgietersrus town, grabbed an item on the shelf which scanned a different price from the one displayed on the shelf. The cashier with a red doek nicely said to me that I should speak to the security lady at the door and she will assist me in getting a refund. Once the security wrote a date on my till slip she referred to me another lady leaning on the counter with don't care attitude, she also referred me to a lady who was a till with quiet a few people there including her shoprite colleagues. I greeted the lady with the red banner, my God, the woman said "talk, what's your problem" some of the colleagues were already smiling, I guess they knew she was about to humiliate me. The lady literally raised her voice, spoke to me like a child, asked me if I didn't see what I was buying and why I returned it, I tried explaining, she carried on taking me from one till point to the other, shouting tell me what is wrong with this pads, I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated like that in my entire life, I then said I am so going to escalate this issue on social media, she then blamed colleagues for not directing me to her. I didn't her name, she is short, bald, fair in complexion. I have been shopping in the store for many years and if they don't remove that unbearable disrespectful yelling attention seeking woman, they will loose customers.
