Horrible service over R2 saving.

Shoprite Esselen Sunnyside refuses to allow customers to ask to use an extra savings card from another customer they won't even use your cellphone number or ID and say you must request it via sms which is horrible customer service. Clearly they don't want to help people they just want to take your money and in no way provide service. I'm officially writing off Shoprite such horrible people and management and staff. So upset
