Horrible service from the cashiers

It is frustrating that they don't have name tags and tillslip doesn't have thier names. These two women one packer and one cashier. The cashier wanted me to give her my groceries in her hands for her to scan them (what the hell is that) they were right in front of her. When I asked why she said she doesn't have time for this and told Jeremina who I thought was a packer to help "this thing" the Jeremina woman told me if I don't want to pay I must leave the shop.
