Horrible service

Shoprite Mabopane Station is not taking us as customers seriously. One cashier on express till during lunch hour is unacceptable. Spending one hour in the shop waiting to be assisted is totally wrong. We are being taken for granted and this needs to stop. I will not accept a "short staff" excuse because there were a lot of staff roaming around the shop doing nothing
