Horrible service by teller number 8 alongside Carol at Maboneng ShopRite

Worst place ever, just now a lady by the name of Nonto or so and her colleague Carol sent me from pillar to post when I had asked to withdraw R600 after I had purchased some groceries, other tellers were busy making withdrawals for other customers while I had to wait for about 20 mins and and they kept on saying they do not have money. The teller number 8 lady by the name of Non or so, light in complexion skin colour, had asked her colleague Carol whom went and assisted others while I had to wait, when I asked the teller number 8 lady why she has to make us wait this long she rudely said "what do I expect her to do? And further said this does not concern her. At this point I got irritated by her appalling attitude to which even when her assumed seniors came over she still was not even remorseful others apologised on her behalf. we have plenty of people who are seeking for jobs who are ready to serve and provide the best customer service and be able communicate effectively, this Non lady who was at teller 8 today has no respect for anyone not even for herself. When I asked why she is speaking to me rudely and that her behaviour needs to be reported to management she couldn't care any less and further said she doesn't care that I must go ahead. Now I am requesting for ShopRite management to do something about this and also request to be provided with feedback. I was emberrassed and disrespected enormously and wouldn't again set food at this store, we have shows and events that we host at Maboneng and as artist wouldn't want to set foot at this shop ever again.

She did not even care that there were people listening and watching her behaviour. This shop strongly lacks leadership.
