Horrible Service At the Cigarettes Counter

What a horrible service I have experienced at shoprite this morning, I went to buy airtime at the kiosk where they sell cigarettes and a cashier by the name of Mosima after say " hello may I please buy airtime" she didn't even bother to respond back she just said I don't have change. I said to her please look or ask for change but please be quick because I'm in a hurry, she arrogantly says what do I mean and that she's going to look for change.

What kind of disrespectful service quite rude behavior is that??, I simply asked for my money back and left the store, I'd rather shop at pick n Pay.
