Horrible service at Shoprite De Doorns

Shoprite in De Doorns just gave us a horrible service. My cousin came to visit his grandmother for the school holidays this December, after the holidays he went to Shoprite in De doorns to buy a bus ticket. The ticket was suppose to be from De Doorns to Johannesburg.

On the day he was suppose to take the bus he noticed that the bus ticket he bought at Shoprite didn't mention if the bus is heading to Johannesburg but it only said Engen garage. So when calling intercape bus service (Since the ticket was for this bus) He was told the ticket number is actually for Eastern Cape.

So the following day my uncle and my cousin went to Shoprite for a refund or a new ticket since Shoprite teller made a mistake, they where told to come back the following day, the following day they went again and they where told to come back 2 days after since the teller wasn't on shift.

So I call Shoprite store in De doorns, telling them my cousing is doing matric and he needs to be in school and that he can not be in De doorns for another week but they refused to help. I asked them if I could talk to their manager, which they sent me to the branch manager (Hendricks or Heinrich) I am not sure. The branch manager was so unprofessional, he was calling me "Sweetheart" . I got so upset when he said that and I told him never to call me that. That's what ****ed him off (I guess) because after I said that he dropped the call. I'm speechless!! Why do some man think it's okay to speak to a woman they do not know like that. I really can't understand that!

My uncle went there on the day he was promised that the teller who was helping him would be present but he wasn't helped still. Shoprite De Doorns just took an old woman's money with no mercy. She had to buy another ticket. I really do not know what to do right now .
