Horrible service at Shoprite Chris Hani

“I had a terrible experience at Shoprite Chris Hani Mall. I dropped my money and card at the till, and while I picked up my card, an employee picked up my money and disappeared into an aisle. The cashier confirmed it on camera, yet management refused to help, claimed they ‘couldn’t prove it,’ and wouldn’t allow me to view the footage. They told me to call the police instead of assisting. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.”Terrible experience—employee took my dropped money and management refused to help or show footage.”
