Horrible service at Shoprite Blue Downs

<p>On Sunday we decided to go Shoprite Blue Downs. we paid for the items. My kids was in the big trolley and my toddler daughter started crying. I pushed the trolley outside the doors, note my husband was carrying the bag. Security and a staff member came and stopped me said i am not allowed to take the trolley outside. Like hello i just bought stuff here. we had an argument cause the idiot did not even acknowledge that my baby girl was crying. Like hello... what the hell will i do with a Shoprite trolley. drive my kids and myself home in it? The service is always disgusting at this store. There is never enough stock on the selfs, food is always old. No staff to be seen in the store and if you do see them they ignore you speak in Xhosa and proceed to where ever they were going in the first place. The lines is always long and the always understaffed even over month end. Note this has been happening for the past 5 years since i moved to Blue Downs. I want someone to go and intervene here. Most people shopping there are very poor and have no access to internet or even money to make a call to complain. I want to know what will happen cause never in my life have i been insulted like this. This branch manager and staf knows nothing about customer service and being decent the clients. This needs to be addressed. Also the matter of me being treated like i will ***** a damn trolley.</p>
