Horrible Service at Shoprite!

I live near City View,Durban.. And Shoprite is my regular store for daily bread and milk. Today I went to the bakery section, I was the first one there, waiting to purchase fresh rolls. The lady at the counter completely ignored me, she served people who came long after me. Although she kept turning and looking,walking around,so it was clear that saw me standing there for well over 15mins. A queue that started already behind me,had people very frustrated and so was I. Eventually when she did come to assist us,her attitude was just completely disrespectful and unapologetic. Staff need to be inserviced on dealing with customers and busy periods.
