Horrible service at Shoprite

I went to collect tickets that I had booked via mlife but the money teller clerk who was helping me kept me waiting for 30 - 40 minutes and she came and told me their printer is not working and didn't even apologize....wow if u want to loose our business Shoprite keep up the bad customer service...
