Horrible Service

Hi, I'm Mateboho Ndumo, yesterday I was at Shoprite Sharpeville around 18H00, for the first time in my life I experienced Horrible Service, it was packed in the shop but only 3 tills was working. I took Bananas and there was no one to assist with the scale, I tried to assist myself but I was struggling then I call one of the staff who was just passing to assist me. When I'm done, I stand on queue but it was not moving, then I looked for a Manager to raise this with her, She was sitting in front busy boiling water to prepare tea and she didn't care at all. She just told me she only have 6 people working at the till, 3 works in the morning and other 3 work afternoon.

Then I stand on that slow moving queue, the lady on that till was super slow, when it was my turn to pay, I told her that her service is poor, her attitude when I told her the truth, she told me she works with money, and she can't be fast to satisfy me. Her name is PRECIOUS RAMAKABA.

MY question to Shoprite CEO - Do we have to experience this kind of service because we are in township and Black or previously disadvantage?

Why if I buy from Shoprite in town I don't experience this kind of service? When I was on queue, there are people busy withdrawing money without standing on the queue, AREA MANAGER - Kindly check the footage on how horrible the service is in that branch. (please check from 16H00 pm)
