Horrible service

I have been giving Shoprite Super Cash & Carry at Philipi Plaza the benefit of the doubt everytime time and shop there.But their service seems to go from bad to worse.Besides the fact that there is always a queue and the fact that on these queues the customers are so compressed with each other and there is no one to see to it that their queues are in order due to the Covid19 regulations.The thought of even going there for grocery shopping is scary.Today I stood in those queue for 30 mins.finally I was inside.I went to their kiosk to get money that was transfered via Capitec CashSend.At first the cashier said I have to go to the tills for that.I had to explain to her that I am not seeking for a cash back.She asked for the voucher number with an attitude on her face and I provided the number and I produced my ID.After punching everything on her system.She told me the service was out of order.I further asked her how long will the service be out of order,and she said she doesn't know but I must comeback after 24 hours.Obviously this was upsetting as I have been standing outside in the queue for them to tell me they are out of service.I went to Capitec which suprisingly was working perfectly.After receiving my money from Capitec.I had to start the queue again which was almost starting by the entrance gate at this point,to get inside.This was by far the most horrible service ever received from this shop,besides the fact they don't greet or even look at you when you go shop there as if you owe them
