Horrible service

I am writing to you today to explain about the horrible experience I had at your store department Money Market.

Its appaling to witness an employee of such an respected chain to behave in such a manner. Where she ignored and refused to assist us instead of her moving from the front desk and going to the back office to sort out her admin work she is doing it in front and interrupting the other cashier when asked to assist by the controller she clearly responded by saying she is busy trying to sort out her work and ignored us when we ask uf she can assist her comnents is she doesnt have cash and carries on with he papers we had to wait for a cashier who asked to go to the ladies to come back and assist and when we ask for the manger to address rhis she didn't even show that her behaviour is not in line with your company values instead she sat there with a proud face and continued with whatever she was doing as if nothing happened very dissapointing to see such behaviour especially now when people are unemployed theres a lot of deserving people out there who could represent the companies values and provide an outstanding service. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated this way and believe you should be made aware of your employees actions.

I trust this is not the way Shoprite does business and that you will mention my concern with the employee and incident. I am open to discussing this matter further and hope you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident from happening again.
