Horrible service

I purchased infacare milk at Nqutu shoprite the box has 4 packs inside and when I opened it I only got 3 packs inside, I called the store and spoke to one of the store consultants Nothando Mdluli who advised she will escalate to the store manager Sindi, I received a call from Sindi to advise that there is nothing they can do to assist me as they do not have proof. I am so disappointed in the service and hoping not to buy from this store ever again!
