Horrible service

<p>I went to shoprite Mankweng to pay for my multichoice account n the cashier advised me that she needs the original ID book of the account holder..told her he is not around and she sd then she won't help me.i ask to speak to the manager Moeketsi n she said unfortunately is their rule.Why other stores can assist but they can't?? She was very rude and don't even showing any willingness to assist.So does this mean only the account holder can make a payment??My brother not residing with u...so we should wait for him the day he gets chance to pay for us???What is the difference between Shoprite Mankweng and Shoprite Seshego?How many people still walking around with ID books???</p>
