Horrible service

We were in the qeue with 4 items and approximately 30 people in what is supposed to be an express till with people moving slow and the service very bad even if its monthend. There are empty counters and they are short staffed. The Kiosk at that point was empty and we are told that we cannot pay which is inconsistent as we are able to pay at the kiosk at other shoprite stores. Upon enquiry the manager comes with LAME EXCUSES. THIS IS REALLY NONSENSE FROM SHOPRITE. WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECTED TO SUCH!!!
