Horrible, pathetic service

I shop at Shoprite Cash&Carry at Phillipi pretty much everyday and their service keeps getting more horrible everyday. I got assisted by the lady named Busi Phalisa(as per name tag) on Saturday morning of the 27/03/2021.Firstly the annoyance on her first can just tell its either she hates her job or she had a bad morning. She was pretty much gibing every customer that goes to her till an attitude until it was my turn. I was told to go to her till by another Shoprite employee to withdraw a Capitec cashsend. She had a mask on that only covered her mouth. Obviously when you go to the till yo withdraw, they need to tell you what to do. This Busi lady looked at me in my face and she was like"Sisi thetha"I told her im there to withdraw andshe kept pressing at the computer screen. She said"Ewe"So Im confused as to what she referring to, as I was also getting annoyed. I told her I cant hear her. She just stare at me and then I was like"Should I call the numbers or give you the note that has the numbers on"and she rep**** by saying"Sisi biza im not gona take that page"I caled out the number. After that she askwd for my ID. I gave it to her after that she just threw my money at me. Andy day was messed up instantly. I would never advise anyone to visit this store. The way tje act is like we going thers to beg for food whereas we paying. Its like the criteria to work there is to be rude. We had Spar before Shoprite then, we never came across such. Their service is very horrible, i would never recommend any of my family or colleagues to shop them
