Horrible experience with online car licence renewal

On 27 February, I renewed my car licence through Money Market. To date, I have not received my disc, despite MULTIPLE emails and support tickets. On 25 March, I requested a refund, and I still simply get ZERO replies from anyone, other than an automated reply acknowledging my correspondence. This whole process is starting to feel *****ulent to me. Think twice before using this service.
