Horrible Experience

I must say we received the worse service at Shoprite Eldorado Park we rushed my sister to the Doctor on Friday she was in severe pain the Doctor gave her a refill letter to hospital but we could only get the letter after paying the Doctor so my sisters husband send us money to withdraw from Shoprite when we got to the store I went in with my driver's license the cashier told me they don't accept drivers license I told my sister has her ID with her and we the money urgently instead of her going with me to the car she told me to go fetch my sister my sister took a whole 10 minutes to walk to the cat balancing on a trolley which was so sad cause she was in so much pain and still today my sister s still in hospital I'm very disappointed in the staff at Shoprite
