Horrible experience

So yesterday I went to Shoprite with the hopes that I would just go as a normal person and come put with what I want,but no not at all I get to the shop with my daughter went in and I went to the braids aisle now I'm looking at the braids checking for the color I want and don't see it Ohk fine a lady who works for shoprite walks pass me and I'm like excuse me are these the only colors you have and she looks at me and say I don't know can't you see and boom she goes in by that little door that is there by that ailse fine I left it and just went on with my shopping then i get to the till ready to pay the cashier calls supervisor for for notes the supervisor came talking and shouting to the staff that's like very far from her not looking where she goes and walked my daughter into the counter and she banged her head I looked at her and told her that she hurt my daughter and that she should say sorry she refused and just looked at me,finally I paid and got my bags and was walking out then came a other staff member pushing trollies to the front of the store and i stopped she then told me I could pass as I was passing she pushed the trolleys leaving it to hit me against my legs and I lost my balance I got up and asked what the hell is wrong with her she didnt answer and just walked on, now at this point im super angry and ****ed I walked out of that shop without the hair braids,a crying daughter and a blue mark on my leg I honestly has an horrible experience,I wish that service upon no one because we all are just human
