Horrible Customer Service from X Ntshwaxa

Good Evening. I trust you well. On Sunday , the 26th of February 2023 I visited a Medirite in Blue Downs. I was assisted by a lady called X Ntshwaxa. What a horrible service I received. She was unpleasant, She had attitude. I felt so humiliated by just visiting the pharmacy. She had this annoyed face , she was not helpful at all. She sounded like She didn’t know what she was talking about , couldn’t offer me any solution for my medical problem. Instead,She kept on asking me questions that mad me feel so stupid. She kept of screaming and yelling at me .It’s actually not the 1st time I visited Medirite,and I was made to feel like that . As a result, I will not be visiting the store again. I thought I would let you know how uncomfortable she makes customers feel . I never felt so disrespected in my life .Thank you.
