horrible Customer Service and *****

on the 19 i visited shoprite Usave in Chiwelo where the manager threw my groceries at me and eventually requested a refund because im certain if her dogs food does not get thrown at him . no apology no nothing from the very manager Cukiswa whom then wanted to refund me via cellphone banking because i refused to take cash as i had paid via card , i spent almost 2 hours in the store while a junior colleague was begging the manager to apologize and she was adamant not to , After countless times of swiping my bank card without luck the Junior staff member begged that the manager apologist . Reluctant as shw was and seeing that im going no where without my refund she comes and pretends to apologize .i hated every second i spent in that store i even tried calling head office pity it was after hours ...
