Horrible Customer Service abd ****** Shoprite Park

A week ago I shopped at the branch at Shoprite Park to buy n kettle. A few days later we decided to start using it and we found it to be faulty. On the 8/11/2023 we attenpted yo return the item for a properly functioning kettle. Mrs D Solomon, Manager, decided that we are not rich enough to deserve a properly functioning item we paid for. I contacted there complains line and requested this to be attended to and we want what we paid for. There resolution turn around time is 48 hours. Its been 5 days later and no resolution. This is how Shoprite treats there coloured customers. Ve careful when you buy eletrical abd electronic items from Shoprite. You will have a very unpleasant experience.
