Horrible customer service

Shoprite dube is the worst shoprite of them all, if its not their lazy and slow stuff its something else. when you want to withdraw cash on their tills they always do not have cash and they do not even try to call the manager to see if the manager can get it on other tills. Don't they have floating cash? I always have a bad experience with Shoprite Dube
