horrible customer service

Today have send my daughter to shoprite naledi to buy milk, when we opened the milk it was off. We send them back to for exchange before they could assist them they were requested to drink the milk by one of the lady at shoprite. Horrible customer service we want action to be taken against that lady this is unacceptable please check the footage.
