Horrible customer service

26 April 2021 around 11:00 at Ziyabuya shopping complex a cashier named Lee-Ann was serving me, before she served me I asked her to swipe with my extra savings card then she **** to me and said that the extra savings thingy is offline...little did she know that I friend of mine was served by a cashier before her and the terminal for extra savings was online when I disclosed that to her with an attitude she finally said yes it's online then she served after that she said with a smuggling face "wow look at all your stuff they don't have discounts u made all this effort for nothing"
