Horrible customer service

I'm very irritated about Precious Kole from Shoprite Cash and Cary Pretoria West Van Der Hof road. That lady has a bad attitude and she's not even apologetic for it. It has been many occasions I went to the store and greet her as and she doesn't greet back, she even make sure she holds a conversation with the colleague just to make sure she throws her bossy and arrogant behavior. Which I am assuming it is the results of me and other 3 customers who told her to stop skipping the que to pay for her grocery while we are on the line atleast asking us we would have allowed her but she claimed she stood the que and even the first person who complained about her and the one before her said she never stood a que. The issue of Cash n Carry stuff who just jump the quiet while we are waiting to pay their grocery was a habit last year until we as customers got tired of it, with only one reason, "atleast ask us" we won't have problem but them jumping the que lie they are entitled to do so is absurd.

Today I got to a point whereby I asked why am I greeting you and you don't yet your colleague who's not on till is the one greeting back but not you and I'm getting tired of this trend, she arrogantly said "I thought you are not talking to me" but I'm greeting and it's your job actually to greet the customers but as a mannered person I make sure I greet cashiers or anyone I found in store. The attitude escalated unapologetically so from even when her colleague (Nthabi) ask her to apologize she remained arrogant.

Can you please sort this person's attitude as we can't be able to shop at the store freely worried of her attitude.

The incident happened today 15 March 2024 at 12:06pm. I just realized now that even my change is short and I couldn't even check it because I was irritated from the exchange of word from me and her resulted from her attitude
