Horrible Customer Service

The experience I've had with all your stores around Vosloorus in Ekurhuleni has left a very bad impression and I'm now certain that I need to find myself a different store altogether, where maybe the employees will know the meaning of customer care and not behave as if they own the shop and you are just merely an inconvenience to them when you come begging for food that you actually pay for. Just the other day one of your security personnel lost my USB drive with my daughter's school work (that I haven't been able to recover) when he took my back from the parcel counter WITHOUT my knowledge or permission.... And today your cashier rudely dismissed me when I tried to ask her about a special I saw and just screaming for the next customer while I was still standing there trying to communicate with her. She even refused to give me her name , which I later discovered from the till slip that it is Itumeleng Moshe.

I'm extremely disappointed by all this and this was after I had stood in the long queue for almost half an hour with only a couple of tills operating...
