Horrible behavior

Had a very unpleasant experience with branch manager Morgan Hendricks at Shoprite Parow in Voortrekker Road Parow.He finger pointing me and raise his voice just because i ask how can u fire somebody he has no experience to make trifle.How unprofessional of him that are on such high level of management.Customer care so pathetic,put me on hold for almost 15 and just drop phone after a while Send email to company CEO Peter Engelbecht but maybe also to busy to attend to my matter.Guest customer service get lost between their till points.
