horrible attitude by cashiers

I was at shoprite mokopane when I went to buy newspaper and some juice, the first cashier was helping an old man in front of me and he was buying some grocery including a watermelon, the watermelon did not have a bar code for the price so the cashier told the old man to go back where he took the watermelon and look for a bar code,then she turned and started talking to another lady packing the grocery,she didn't even looked at me nor explain what was happening since I had to wait for the old man to come back,i then decided to go to the next till,she didn't even greet me nor ask me if I wanted plastic bag,she was also talking to the packing lady the whole time,when I was done I went to an old lady in front I think she is the supervisor, I asked for the manager and she asked if she could help,i explained what happened and she went to both cashiers with me,the first one apologized but the second cashier was full of attitude and didn't show any empathy to what she did.i was belittle by her,i felt very small and I doubt I will return or if I do, I wil want to helped only by the supervisor since she understood the importance of customers and customer service
