Horrible attitude and terrible service

I went to shoprite church street to go and buy electricity and baby formula, I went to till number 34 and the lady’s name who was helping was Sheila, I told he to sell me electricity for six hundred and I also wanted to buy formula then I gave her my card and he amount of 130. She gave me attitude and told me that they don’t swipe for electricity at shoprite only to find that what she said was not true, then she did what her heard told her to do and swapped the formula and other things that I was buying, them a controller came and told her that she can swap the electricity them I gave her my card told her that I wanted six hundred electricity and I gave her one hundred on top of it and told her to take out five hundred from my card and use the hundred rand to balance the six hundred, she didn’t do what was expected her to do she just did what she wanted, I ended up having only one hundred rand electricity and I couldn’t not buy anymore electricity because I can only buy electricity once’s in a day, she was not apologetic at all and did not care about the mistake that she did and how she inconvenienced me in the morning, I hate going to that store because all of the cashiers have attitude and when they are not talking amongsed themselves the don’t give attention to detail at all, they don’t greet and they are just rude to customers
