Horrible attitude and service

Manager has a horrible attitude! Tried to return rotten gherkins but she refused to understand! Nozipho - I buy gherkins all the time. The bottle i bought yesterday is terribly off and stinks! U even tasted it and still denied my claim. Only after threatening to report u did u pay any attention. Why ??
